Damn it. I just noticed Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Two weeks from yesterday. So today I was trying to think what I am thankful for. And as usual I will do it in list form. I like lists. They are so listy. Easy to read and comprehend. So here goes it.
I am thankful for...
1.) my family. Every single person in my family has a special place in my heart. (except for cousin Oliver. He ruined the Brady Bunch)
2.) my job. I have been actively working since I was 18 and FINALLY at 32 I have a job I love and people I work with that I actually give a crap about.
3.) chattards. They make me seem smart and witty. I am not all that great, but if you compair me to them, I am beautiful, charming, witty, and fun.
4.) telephones. I love talking on the phone and I thank Alexander G. Bell for inventing it.
5.) daytime TV. Okay this one is a lie and if you read the last entry you would have know this.
6.) Canada. I love canada because it gave me my 2 fav things. Canada Dry Ginger Ale and my favorite chatter Caroline. I love you Queenie <--- Giving you props
7.) Jessica. Duh. She is my bestest girl in the world. I love you Peanut.
8.) handcuffs. Okay enough on that subject.
9.) all the men in my life that have built up my ego and then tore it down. I thank them for being assholes and teaching me that men are morons and that I don't need a man to be whole.
10.) the way my hair will do all the things that I want it to and is my best feature.
11.) Barry Manalow. I love him.
12.) the way my parent always love me no matter what stupid shit I have gotten myself into. This list includes a bad marrage, giving me money when I needed it, all the bad jobs I have had, and all the stupid men I have brought home to meet them.
14.) my friends. Michelle, April, Novy, Freeman, Bryan, Lisa, Davie, Kimmy, Kathy, LaShanna, Nancy, Mark, Trish, Sean, Ian, Stevie, Edie, Dan, Cookie, Chris, Julie, and anyone I forgot because I am a ditz.
15.) my online friends that chat with and make me constantly laugh. Leah, Brent, Caroline, Jenn, Shannon, Paul, Other Lisa and anyone of them that I forgot because I am still a ditz.
16.) the fact that I have a wonderful life.
17.) bubblegum
18.) I still have all 5 senses
19.) the fact that I can read
20.) the fact that I can write
21.) butter popcorn
22.) the fact that I have small feet.
23.) you finishing reading this list all the way to the end.
